This project focuses on developing an intelligent model for rainfall and flood forecasting based on machine learning algorithms. In addition to the predictive model, a prototype of an integrated pilot system has been designed and deployed to collect data, process information, and deliver real-time forecasts. The system aims to enhance early warning capabilities, support decision-making, and improve resilience against flood hazards.
