| National Hydraulics Competition 2025

Congratulations to three exceptional undergraduate students from the Water Matters Laboratory (WML) and SHENS Lab at KNTU Faculty of Civil Engineering, K. N. Toosi University of Technology! Mr. Alborz Bahrami, Mr. Sina Sohrabi, and Mr. Soroush Tashakkori have successfully advanced to the final round of the esteemed National Hydraulics Competition 2025 (#NationalHydraulicsCompetition2025), organized by the Iranian Hydraulic Association and supported by the Iranian National Commission of UNESCO. This competition celebrates and commemorates the late Professor Dr. Hossein Sedghi. Out of numerous participants, Alborz, Sina, and Soroush are among the few who made it to the finals. We wish them the best of luck and express our gratitude to their dedicated mentor, Hamid Eghbalian, from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Amirkabir University of Tech. (Tehran Polytechnic), Amirkabir University of Technology – Tehran Polytechnic. Additionally, we thank Dr. Mohammad Javad Ostad Mirza Tehrani and Dr. Karim Alizad, whose unwavering support and guidance have been instrumental in the students’ success.
