🎓 WML Welcomes Our New Doctoral Researcher We are delighted to announce that Fatemeh Fahimi, a former M.Sc. student at the Water Matters Laboratory (WML), has been successfully admitted to the hashtag#Ph.D. program at Water Chair (CIVIL-KNTU), KNTU Faculty of Civil Engineering, K. N. Toosi University of Technology (KNTU) as a Distinguished Student. Fatemeh’s journey with hashtag#WML began during her M.Sc. studies, where she actively contributed to our research activities and developed her expertise in water-related research. We are particularly pleased to see her continue this journey with us at the hashtag#PhD level. Her admission as a hashtag#DistinguishedStudent is a significant achievement and a recognition of her academic performance, research potential, and commitment to scientific work. Her Ph.D. research will be co-supervised by Dr. Mohammad Javad OSTAD MIRZA TEHRANI and Dr. Salar Haghighatafshar, providing an excellent opportunity to further strengthen the ongoing collaboration between hashtag#WML, and our international partners, and our research network, Kristianstad University, and Watrix AB, hashtag#Sweden. At hashtag#WML, we are particularly pleased to see young researchers grow from their early research experiences into independent scientists, and we strongly believe in empowering women in science. Fatemeh’s journey is a great example of this vision, and we are proud to see her take this next step as a hashtag#youngwomanresearcher in water resources, sustainable urban water management, flood-related challenges, and innovative water solutions. We warmly congratulate Fatemeh Fahimi on this well-deserved achievement and look forward to the research, discoveries, and collaborations that lie ahead. 🌊 Welcome officially to the hashtag#WML Ph.D. team, Fatemeh! We wish you a productive, inspiring, and successful Ph.D. journey. 🚀
